+
+Staging test suite completed against the live staging environment (port 8501).
+
+**Execution:** canonical run INSIDE `orchestrator-staging` via the Docker Engine API
+exec endpoint (ORCH-048/ADR-001):
+`python3 /repos/orchestrator/scripts/staging_check.py --base-url http://localhost:8501 --mode stub`.
+
+**Result:** 8/10 checks PASS, exit code **0** → advance.
+
+- REAL checks (A1–A3 SMOKE, B4–B6 ACCESS, C7–C8 E2E): all green.
+  - B6 registry-isolation: `sandbox=YES, prod-ET=NO, prod-ORCH=NO` (instance built registry
+    from its own `.env.staging` process-env — correct canonical-run behaviour).
+- SANDBOX_INFRA checks (C9a/C9b): FAIL, **waived** under ORCH-061 infra-tolerance
+  (known sandbox-infra; depend on SANDBOX bot accounts being project members, not on the
