+# Staging Gate Log
+
+Staging test suite completed. All REAL checks passed (8/10), the two
+sandbox-infra checks were waived per ORCH-061 → exit 0 → SUCCESS.
+
+Canonical run (ORCH-048, ADR-001) inside the staging container:
